Basic-level?

knowledge of setup, upgrade, configuration & support of:

Windows & MAC workstation Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Google Workspace MDM MAC, tablet & mobile VMware, Hyper V, Terminal Server, SQL, Windows Server, DNS, AD, SSO, GPO, DHCP, SAN & NAS storage Firewall, router, switch, wireless, layer 1, 2 & 3 routing VPN, VLAN, NAT, PAT & VOIP SSL, SIEM, Anti-spam & Anti-virus & ransomware protection SSL, PowerShell & scripting

Basic-level?

setup, configuration & support of:

CRM, office, productivity & design suites i.e. AutoCAD, Adobe, Zoho CRM Security & RMM i.e. Cisco ASA/Firepower, FortiGate, N-able, Eset, Bitdefender, Cisco Duo, WebTitan, SpamTitan, Mimecast, Network i.e. Cisco catalyst controller & wireless, UniFy, Meraki, Netgear Backup solutions i.e. Multi tenant Cloud, Veeam, VMWare High availability & multi-tenant servers, database, cloud backup, firewall & wireless.

support, planning & implementation of:

Requirements:

3+?

years solid IT experience IT Degree & IT certified Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCMA, VMware VCP, Checkpoint, Citrix, A+,N+)
