Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Update customer records accurately in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate product benefits to clients. Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
