Job Description
One of our top mining clients is looking for a skilled and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join their team in Mpumalanga
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Relations/Labour Law or HR Management or similar
Relevant post graduate qualification in Labour Law (advantageous)
Minimum 6 years experience in employee relations within a mining environment at a middle management level
Sound knowledge of HR Best Practice
Knowledge of applicable HR legislation
