About the Role
We're looking for an
Email Marketing Planner
who lives at the intersection of lifecycle strategy, brand storytelling, and CRM performance. This role is perfect for someone who can see both the numbers and the narrative--someone who understands how thoughtful messaging and well-timed automation can drive deeper brand loyalty and commercial success.
You'll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM programs across a portfolio of premium accounts. From welcome journeys to win-back campaigns, you'll shape the touchpoints that matter most--ensuring every email is as strategic as it is on-brand.
What You'll Do
Own Email Strategy:
Develop data-backed, insight-led email strategies tailored to each client's brand, audience, and business goals.
Plan & Execute Flows:
Manage automated lifecycle programs such as welcome, nurture, retention, cart abandonment, and win-back sequences.
Calendar Management:
Build and maintain ongoing campaign calendars that support product launches, promotions, and brand milestones.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with design, content, and paid media teams to align messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Segment & Personalize:
Build and optimize customer segments using behavioral signals, purchase data, and engagement trends.
Report & Refine:
Track and analyze key email KPIs and use performance insights to continuously refine strategy.
Stay Informed:
Keep up-to-date with CRM best practices around deliverability, testing, personalization, privacy, and platform tools.
What You Need to Bring
Proven experience in
email marketing
, ideally in an
e-commerce
or
agency
setting.
Hands-on knowledge of
Klaviyo
,
Netcore
, or equivalent ESP platforms.
Strong understanding of
lifecycle marketing
, segmentation, and customer journey planning.
An
analytical mindset
--comfortable with data, performance dashboards, and optimization.
A keen eye for
brand voice
, tone, and visual alignment across touchpoints.
Bonus Points If You Have
experience with
high-end, lifestyle, or DTC brands
.
Knowledge of
SMS marketing
or
omnichannel CRM
strategies.
Familiarity with
Shopify
,
GA4
, or other e-commerce analytics tools.
Basic skills in
copywriting
or
email design
