Email Marketing Manager
Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)
Working Hours: UK Hours (Monday to Friday)
Salary: R30,000 - R40,000 per month (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to build and engage our subscriber base.
• Design and create visually appealing email templates and content that align with our brand.
• Segment email lists and tailor campaigns to specific audience demographics and behaviors.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and sending times to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
• Manage the email marketing budget and analyze ROI for email campaigns.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in email marketing or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on persuasive and engaging content.
• Experience with email segmentation, automation, and performance analytics.
• Ability to analyze data and drive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment or HR marketing trends is a bonus.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative email marketing ideas.
