Eduvos is looking to employ the services of an eLearning Technologist at one of our 12 national campuses.
Purpose of the role
To integrate and manage technology in our learning management system, ensuring its effective use for teaching and learning
Minimum Requirements

• Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Educational Technology/Instructional Technology/Educational Analytics, computer science, information technology)
• Project management experience or qualifications will be advantageous
• At least one years' proven working experience in educational technology field

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design digital templates. Implement educational technology innovation to enhance learning experiences
• Maintain modules on the learning management system
• Perform troubleshooting of technical issues
• Training of stakeholders on proposed learning technologies and how to use it
• Perform data analytics to produce insights for continuous improvement of learning experience and knowledge retention
• Recordkeeping and Reporting - maintains project documentation and course folders

Functional Competencies

• Excellent knowledge in educational technology trends and emerging tools (external learning technologies, proctoring, AI etc.)
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing technical support for various technology platforms advantageous
• Experience working on either:

o a Learning Management System (LMS) for hosting knowledge content, data collection and reporting purposes, preferably Moodle
o a Game Development Engine (preferably Unity or Unreal)
o UI / UX programmes (Figma, Adobe XR, Adobe Photoshop, Blender or other) * Database management and analysis advantageous

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
