Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Supply Chain, Logistics and Inventory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operations of our Amazon FBA account by overseeing inventory and sales management, creating shipments, tracking and reporting on inventory and sales, and communicating with suppliers to arrange shipments and track purchase orders. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all items remain in stock at all times Create and manage shipments to Amazon warehouses Track and report on inventory levels and sales performance Communicate with suppliers to arrange shipments and track purchase orders Track end-to-end delivery of products and ensure timely delivery to customers Monitor and manage returns, refunds, and customer inquiries Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to create and maintain reports and analyze data Work closely with other teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related field 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Overlap with US working hours (US central time) If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in logistics and supply chain management, we encourage you to apply for this position.
