About the Role
We're looking for a
hands-on Operations Manager
to take ownership of our supplier operations, order management, and marketplace logistics. This role is central to ensuring we deliver a fast, reliable experience to our customers across Europe -- even as we scale.
You'll be the right hand to our leadership team and manage a small operations support function. From sourcing the right suppliers to managing order flows and improving systems, you'll be the operational backbone of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Own the full supplier operations process -- from onboarding and pricing negotiations to relationship management
Track and manage all open orders to ensure smooth, on-time delivery
Maintain internal systems, monitor operational performance, and ensure order accuracy
Oversee marketplace logistics and support our dropshipping model across multiple regions
Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and liaise with suppliers and customers as needed
Lead operational reporting and ensure internal visibility into KPIs, delays, and cost metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to improve platform reliability
Manage and mentor junior ops team members and freelancers
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in operations, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a marketplace business
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities, including data cleaning and simple formulas
Experience working with large product or supplier catalogs
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience managing third-party suppliers and cross-functional collaboration

Prior experience in a dropshipping model or multivendor marketplace
Background in construction, agriculture, auto, or industrial sectors
Familiarity with basic procurement workflows or inventory tools
Prior team management or leadership experience in a startup environment
