Compensation: R 25 000 - R 30 000 Cost to Company

About the Role

We're hiring an Operations / Supply Chain Coordinator to support our marketplace as we scale across Europe. You'll report to the Operations Manager and play a key role in keeping the engine running -- managing supplier communication, tracking inventory and shipments, and helping us stay on top of thousands of parts moving through the system.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and shipping details Track open orders, lead times, and delivery timelines to ensure reliability Help maintain and clean product data, including SKUs, specs, and fitment Support the team with dropshipping logistics and inventory sourcing Monitor supplier performance and raise flags when things go off-track Assist with day-to-day tasks across procurement, fulfillment, and support

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or admin Strong written and spoken English Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (comfortable working with large product lists) Reliable, proactive, and able to manage your own workflow Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple moving parts Willingness to learn fast and adapt to a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Bonus Points

Experience working in a B2B or marketplace business Familiarity with parts sourcing, procurement, or dropshipping Exposure to industrial sectors like construction, agriculture, or heavy machinery Prior experience in a startup or cross-functional role
