A dynamic retail brand is on the hunt for a results-driven Ecommerce Operations Manager to take ownership of their growing online operations. Youll be the driving force behind a high-performing team and play a key role in optimising every step of the customer journeyfrom website updates to final delivery.
What Youll Do:

• Lead and motivate a dedicated ecommerce team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee the online stores product listings, pricing updates, stock accuracy, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, tech, and supply chain to keep the ecommerce engine running efficiently.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled quickly and reliably.
• Implement initiatives to boost customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with a solutions-first mindset.
• Manage logistics and delivery operations, including routing, vehicle oversight, and courier partnerships.
• Track performance metrics and deliver regular reports with actionable insights.
• Contribute to ecommerce strategy and help drive key projects from concept to execution.

What Youll Need:

• 3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, with a strong grasp of best practices.
• 5 years management experience with a focus on team development and performance.
• Solid understanding of ecommerce systems; experience with platforms like Shopify or Magento is a bonus.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Positive energy, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel when needed.
