Our client in the ISP industry is currently looking for an Ecommerce Manager, in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

• Take full accountability for the management of the companyxe2x80x99s website platforms including Ecommerce acquisition and existing customer experience, driving improved conversion rates to achieve business and sales channel goals.
• Online sales channel acquisition on a revenue, profitability and growth basis, achieving monthly and annual targets.
• APRU and basket value.
• User journeys across acquisition and existing customer platforms.
• Zero touch sales funnel order to activation.

• Degree relevant to Marketing, Business or Systems.
• Google Analytics Certification.
• 5-8 years of professional experience within E- commerce, Telecoms, Internet or Technology related industry.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, user behavior, and website optimization techniques.
• Proven track record of successfully improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth via Ecommerce channels.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Expert level proficiency in using Google Analytics to analyze website data and metrics (Ecommerce and user level) and ability to derive insights to optimize conversion rates.
• Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, tools, and statistical analysis.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in e-commerce, user driven experiences.
• Results oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivating, with the ability to quickly adapt.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
