Our client in the ISP industry is currently looking for an Ecommerce Manager, in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
Take full accountability for the management of the companyxe2x80x99s website platforms including Ecommerce acquisition and existing customer experience, driving improved conversion rates to achieve business and sales channel goals.
Online sales channel acquisition on a revenue, profitability and growth basis, achieving monthly and annual targets.
APRU and basket value.
User journeys across acquisition and existing customer platforms.
Zero touch sales funnel order to activation.
Requirements:
Degree relevant to Marketing, Business or Systems.
Google Analytics Certification.
5-8 years of professional experience within E- commerce, Telecoms, Internet or Technology related industry.
Strong understanding of user experience principles, user behavior, and website optimization techniques.
Proven track record of successfully improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth via Ecommerce channels.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Expert level proficiency in using Google Analytics to analyze website data and metrics (Ecommerce and user level) and ability to derive insights to optimize conversion rates.
Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, tools, and statistical analysis.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in e-commerce, user driven experiences.
Results oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivating, with the ability to quickly adapt.
