Job Summary Candidate Requirements:

Grade 12
A qualification in Hospitality/ Tourism is advantageous
Must have previous reservationist experience in, and knowledge of East Africa Travel, specifically Tanzania
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Should have a keen understanding of turnaround times when communicating with guests and agents
Must have strong organizational and time-management skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide timely and professional services to guests

NB: Must reside in Cape Town
