Qualification Required:
- Matric
- FIATA Diploma or related 3-year tertiary qualification
- Technical competence of the role.
- Deep understanding of the African market, processes & value creation.
- P&L experience, plus familiarity with various reporting, and KPIs.
- Previous Africa exposure, minimum 5 years experience in management.
- Excellent and proven negotiation skills
- East Africa expansion strategy - Responsible for the expansion strategy, including preparation of associated business plans.
- Secure new business within the East African market.
- Plan East Africa operations in terms of the requirements of the business environment.
- Working with Africa Agency Network.
- Managing Cross Trade Business and opportunities.
- Control Tower.
- Manage Projects.
- East Africa Product Development.
- Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.
- Customer service orientation - Able to handle a demanding customer environment within the African market.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good report writing skills.
- Dynamic self-starter that works independently.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Can communicate within the team and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Adaptable as this is a constantly changing environment.
