Our client in the Logistics industry is currently looking for an Africa Development Manager, in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities:

• Africa expansion Strategy.
• Plan Africa operations in terms of the requirements of the business environment.
• Working with Africa Agency Network.
• Managing Cross Trade Business and opportunities.
• Africa Control Tower.
• Projects.
• Oil and Gas Petrochemicals.
• Internal Training.
• Product Development.
• Reporting.
• R-G Mozambique.
• R-G ZA xe2x80x93 East Africa MZ Corridor.
• Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.

• Matric.
• FIATA Diploma or related 3-year tertiary qualification.
• Technical competence of the role.
• Deep understanding of the African market, processes and value creation.
• P&L experience, plus familiarity with various reporting, KPIs.
• Previous Africa exposure - 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience at management.
• Excellent and proven negotiation skills.
• Problem solving skills and decision making skills.
• Entrepreneurial capability.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Planning and organising.
• Ability to handle pressure and change.

• Up to R85 000 CTC per month.
