The role of the Duty Manager is to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all departments deliver consistent, world-class guest experiences in line with Newmark's operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in hotel operations.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Flexible and hands-on approach to shift work.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the property in the absence of the General Manager.
Oversee guest interactions and handle escalated service issues.
Conduct regular inspections of public areas, rooms, and facilities.
Coordinate between departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Enforce safety, security, and brand compliance protocols.
