Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 3 years' experience in a Duty Manager or similar role at a 4- or 5-star establishmentExperience and understanding of reservation process including OTA channelsIn-depth knowledge of Front Office , Reservations & Accommodation operationsProficient in hotel systems (Apply Below, Nightsbridge, OTAs)Strong guest relations and complaint resolution skillsExperienced & capable of overseeing hotel departments during shifts (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security) including arrivals, special requests, and emergency situations professionallySkilled in team supervision: enforcing standards, coaching staff, and ensuring service excellenceExperience with stock control, reservations and basic administrative dutiesAbility to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions3.
