Our client, a reputable leading hotel group in Durban, is recruiting an experienced Duty Manager with Opera Cloud and Micros knowledge to oversee daily hotel operations.
Description
The Duty Manager will take responsibility for smooth hotel operations during shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and resolving issues efficiently. You will coordinate across departments, monitor front office, F&B, and housekeeping, and ensure company policies are adhered to.
Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS and Micros POS is essential, as is a hands-on approach to leadership in a busy hotel environment.
