Dutch Speaking Customer Service & Sales Representative (Fully Remote)

Our client is a global contact center outsourcing company that specialises in providing customer support and back-office services. With contact centres in strategic locations

worldwide, they offer a range of solutions, including inbound and outbound call handling, email management, live chat support, and multilingual assistance. They serve diverse industries such as travel, telecommunications, e-commerce, and finance. They prioritise operational excellence and adhere to industry standards, utilising advanced technology and

robust quality assurance processes.

Job Type: Remote | South Africa

Salary Range: R160 000 CTC Per Annum

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (B2) and English

Completed Matric

Fibre Line 10 mbps / 5 mbps

South African Citizenship or Identification

Benefits

40 hours per week, 8-9 hour shifts per day

Rotational Shifts: including weekend and public holidays. Working hours are subject to change depending on client requirements.

Training: 4 weeks (Fully paid)

Probation period: 4 months

Health Insurance Benefit (Paid for by the company)

Responsibilities

Work for prestigious airline clients on various work streams

Assistance to passengers with pre and post flight departure travel-related queries in the customer relations department in Dutch and English

Work on airline reservation systems and handle voice calls in Dutch and English

Daily interaction with international passengers with queries and compliments

Meeting key performance indications and meet expected client service levels
