Driver x2 required in North West (Ngaka Modiri Molema x1 and Bojanala x1)

K E Y P E R F O R M A N C E A R E A S

xc2xb7Keep the Vehicles, Mobile clinics and Trailers always clean
xc2xb7Keep track on the vehicle date of service and ensure RTC Management is informed in advance when the service date is approaching
xc2xb7Reporting vehicle maintenance problems in a timely fashion
xc2xb7Ensure vehicle inspection is done daily and weekly by line manager
xc2xb7Report vehicle accidents immediately to supervisor and to insurance
xc2xb7Keep track of renewal dates for registration and vehicle license and ensure RTC Management is informed about deadlines at least one month in advance
xc2xb7Keep accurate log-book before leaving and parking of the unit at the end of the day
xc2xb7Always adhere to the vehicle policy
xc2xb7Adhere to the rules of the road
xc2xb7Ensure that the vehicle is always parked over night at an approved location
xc2xb7Pull the Mobile to designated areas of work
xc2xb7Assist in opening/setting up of the Mobile during outreach
xc2xb7Maintain cleanliness of the Mobile
xc2xb7Reporting Mobile maintenance problems in a timely fashion
xc2xb7Report vehicle accidents immediately to supervisor and to insurancexc2xb7Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
xc2xb7 Ensure you donxe2x80x99t involve yourself in road rage
xc2xb7Always ensure punctuality xc2xb7Impart accurate knowledge to patients on preventative options that include medical male circumcision to help ensure that potential patient can make an informed decision about VMMC.
xc2xb7 Answer patientxe2x80x99s questions on HIV/AIDS and VMMC
xc2xb7Engage potential patients professionally to establish consistent male health reproductive health and prevention messages.
xc2xb7Conduct community-based small group and one-on-one education sessions about VMMC with the goal of identifying interested clients
xc2xb7Assist demand creation teams with transport and other demand creation resources
xc2xb7Recruit potential clients for VMMC

Required qualification and experience

Matric (Grade 12) and a valid South African driverxe2x80x99s license Code (EC1) endorsed with a PrDP (Professional Driving Permit) is compulsory.

2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a driver

2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in pulling a Caravan/Trailer

Ability to comprehend instruction
