Greenway Farms is looking for a a Tractor Driver who will be responsible for operating tractors and other heavy equipment to perform agricultural, construction, or maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient and safe operation.

Qualifications
Tractor Driving License Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience
1-3 years of experience operating tractors or heavy equipment. Agricultural or construction experience (preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
Operation and Safety:
Operate tractors, plows, cultivators, and other equipment.
Ensure safe operation, following company safety policies and regulations.
Conduct pre-operational checks, report issues, and perform basic maintenance.
Agricultural/Construction Tasks:
Plow, cultivate, and harvest crops.
Haul heavy loads, materials, or equipment.
Assist with irrigation, spraying, or fertilizing.
Perform construction tasks (e.g., grading, excavation).
Efficiency and Productivity:
Meet productivity standards, minimizing downtime.
Optimize fuel efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Maintenance and Repair:
Perform routine maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire pressure).
Report equipment issues to supervisors.
Assist with repairs and maintenance
