Tractor Driver (animal Industry)
Job Description
Sovereign, a national supplier of chicken products to various markets with operations in five provinces, is seeking a thorough and committed individual for the position of Tractor Driver in the Agriculture division.
The successful incumbent will report directly to the Senior Farm Manager. The Tractor Driver will ensure the efficient and timeous completion of grounds maintenance (grass cutting) per farm and collection of rubbish on farms and staff quarters.
The ideal candidate should be in possession of a matric certificate, tractor's license and have 1 year's experience.
Results Required
- Adhere to daily production schedule as set out by the Senior Farm Manager.
- Ensure daily maintenance checks (first parades) sheets are completed and actioned.
- Ensure that Grounds Maintenance SOP is adhered to at all times by obtaining an audit score of 90 % or
- Adhere and comply with all safety requirements. Should there be any concerns report to Senior Farm Manager.
