Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Tractor Driver to join their team in Stanford, Western Cape. The successful candidate will play an important role in daily farm operations, operating and maintaining tractors and assisting with general agricultural activities. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and hands-on farming experience who is familiar with the demands of working on a productive and fast-paced farm.
Responsibilities:
Operate tractors and implements for land preparation, planting, harvesting, and general farm duties
Conduct basic maintenance and safety checks on tractors and machinery
Assist with irrigation, composting, and other seasonal tasks as required
Work closely with farm management to support daily agricultural operations
Follow safety protocols and report any mechanical issues promptly
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience driving tractors on a working farm
Valid driver's licence
Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
Must reside in or around Stanford, Western Cape Benefits:
