Job Description
Our Client based in Johannesburg is seeking a Driver (Code 10 with PrDP) to join their team. This would be a 3 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport printing and signage products to customers and suppliers.
- Load, unload, and verify stock before and after deliveries.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to schedules.
- Maintain the company vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company transport policies.
- Assist with general logistics and warehouse duties when required.
- Provide excellent customer service by being professional, neat, and friendly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, sales, and customers.
- Valid Code 10 driver's license with a Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
- Grade 12 (Matric) Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience in a similar role.
- Well-versed in English (spoken and written) for clear communication.
- Neat, presentable, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Friendly and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of routes and road networks in Durban.
- Ability to handle and secure goods safely.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
