As an HVAC Drawing Office Manager, your role involves overseeing and managing the operations of the drawing office within an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) company. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities:

Drawing Office Management: You are responsible for leading and supervising the drawing office team. This includes assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring the timely completion of projects. You'll also be responsible for recruitment, training, and performance management of the staff.

Project Coordination: You will work closely with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives. You'll coordinate with other departments to gather relevant information, such as architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and equipment details, to ensure accurate and detailed HVAC drawings.

Drawing Production: Your team will create HVAC drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and schematics, using computer-aided design (CAD) software. You'll review and verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings before they are issued for construction or installation purposes.

Requirements * Degree or higher qualifcation

  • competent in using Revit MEP
  • 10 years plus of experience in HVAC
  • Management experience is a requirement
