As a DMC Retail Travel Specialist , you will play a key role in creating meaningful journeys that align with the values of caring for people, the land, and wildlife. You'll manage end-to-end guest itineraries while collaborating closely with agents, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creative and detailed travel itineraries tailored to guest preferences and budget



Manage bookings from quotation to final confirmation, including invoicing and travel documentation



Engage consistently and professionally with sales teams, travel agents, and preferred suppliers



Participate in emergency duty and rotational shifts (early/late) as required



Proactively sell services and products, ensuring high-quality safari experiences



Uphold the brand's core values and contribute to sustainable tourism efforts

Knowledge & Experience:

3-5 years' experience in tour consulting or travel itinerary management



Strong understanding of Southern and East African destinations (preferred)



Tourplan system knowledge (advantageous)



ESS and WETU proficiency essential



Knowledge of the luxury travel industry, products, and markets

Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines

Technical Proficiency:

Tourplan (advantageous)



MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)



WETU and internal systems
