Job Description
We are a leading transport and logistics group seeking an experienced
Transport Divisional Manager
to provide strategic leadership and drive operational excellence across our regional fleet operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, solutions-driven operations leader with strong experience in fleet management, route optimization, compliance, staff supervision, and cost-per-kilometer (CPK) efficiency within a high-performance transport environment.Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) essential.
At least 3 years' experience as a Fleet Controller in the transport/logistics industry.
Computer literate.
Strong understanding of planning, and transport operations.
Experience with fleet/tracking systems (such as Mix Telematics or similar)
Willing to work long hours, after hours and weekends.
