Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence? Tsebo Cleaning Division is looking for a

Divisional Manager

for the Cape Town Region to drive performance, quality, and client satisfaction across multiple sites.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage cleaning operations across the division, ensuring compliance with company standards and health & safety regulations. Build strong relationships with clients and customers daily. Drive profitability and meet agreed deadlines for forecasts, budgets, and reporting. Oversee HR functions including IR, training, performance management, and succession planning. Maintain operational standards, star grading, and quality control. Innovate and implement new ideas to enhance service delivery. Ensure smooth running of systems (including Biometrics) and stock control. Develop Operations Managers and uphold Tsebo's core values.

Skills and Competencies

Decisive leadership and strategic thinking. Relationship building and clear communication. Ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement. Strong financial acumen and operational planning skills. Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple sites. 5-7 years in cleaning/facilities management, with 3 years in senior management.

Qualifications

Minimum Grade 12 / Matric. Degree in Business or Operations Management (or equivalent). Knowledge of cleaning industry legislation. * Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
