Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence? Tsebo Cleaning Division is looking for a Divisional Manager for the Cape Town Region to drive performance, quality, and client satisfaction across multiple sites.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning operations across the division, ensuring compliance with company standards and health & safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and customers daily.
• Drive profitability and meet agreed deadlines for forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
• Oversee HR functions including IR, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Maintain operational standards, star grading, and quality control.
• Innovate and implement new ideas to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure smooth running of systems (including Biometrics) and stock control.
• Develop Operations Managers and uphold Tsebo's core values.

Skills and Competencies

• Decisive leadership and strategic thinking.
• Relationship building and clear communication.
• Ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong financial acumen and operational planning skills.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple sites.
• 5-7 years in cleaning/facilities management, with 3 years in senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric.
• Degree in Business or Operations Management (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of cleaning industry legislation.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
