Regional Manager Cape Town
Must have at least 5 to 8 year Regional Management experience
Legal requirements: A South African born Citizen with a clean criminal background and a a clean ITC - checks will be done on shortlisted applicants.
Appointment: Permanent, full-time position
Salary: Basic salary is market related
Benefits: Provident Fund and December Bonus
Working hours: Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 to 17:00) & Saturday 08:00 - 13:00
Subordinates and areas: 7 Branch Managers and 7 branch Supporting Staff members, will be responsible for the following areas: Claremont, Ottery, Tokai, Woodstock, Montague Gardens, George and Humansdorp.
Qualifications: Matric or equivalent and a B.Com Management or Relevant degree would be beneficial.
Duties:

To oversee and drive the performance of multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring consistent sales growth, operational compliance, customer service and team performance.
The Regional Manager plays a critical leadership role in aligning branch teams with company goals, identifying challenges and executing solutions on the ground.
Ensure building maintenance and health and safety requirements of all branches are in place.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience of managing profit and loss, balance sheet and associated financial responsibilities.
Understanding of procurement.
Sales and customer interaction experience.
