Job Summary Divisional Head: Forecasting, Planning and Business Optimisation ( Financial Services) Location: Pretoria, Gauteng There is a strategic career enhancement opportunity available with a leading financial services group for a Divisional Head Forecasting, Planning and Business Optimisation . Position Overview: The main purpose of this position is to provide leadership and strategic direction to the Forecasting, Planning and Business Optimisation Division in the Supply Chain Management business unit of the group. Core focus areas include LEAN management , Forecasting, Planning and Business Optimisation . Key Performance Areas: Provide input into the departmental strategy and policy , aligned to the group strategy. Develop strategy-aligned divisional operational plans, policies, and procedures . Oversee and authorise the provision of management information . Oversee divisional projects and the implementation of the supply chain management strategy nationally. Provide leadership and oversight to industry programmes and projects . Oversee the planning for the optimal supply of products . Oversee the formulation of a framework for supply chain technologies, systems, and solutions . Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major stakeholders. Manage the implementation of policies . Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required: A completed Honours degree in Commerce or Supply Chain Management / Masters degree will be preferred. A minimum of 10 to 12 years experience at a General Management Level . At least 6 years in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or related Operations Management environment .
