Youxe2x80x99ll oversee distribution resources, orchestrating their efficient use to mitigate losses and enhance customer service levels. Taking charge of product loading and off-loading, youxe2x80x99ll drive the smooth flow of goods through the distribution pipeline.

Effective communication is your forte, as you engage with stakeholders across the spectrum. Your proficiency in fleet, crates, and driver management is essential, coupled with prior experience in warehouse management. Adeptness in navigating union dynamics is vital, given the environment youxe2x80x99ll operate in.

Your aptitude in despatch reconciliations and variance investigations will be complemented by financial and commercial management skills, including budgeting and cost control knowledge.

With a minimum of 5 years in FMCG distribution, including at least 3 years at a management level, your industry knowledge is your advantage.

Your solid educational foundation comprises a Matric qualification, while an additional tertiary degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will elevate your profile.
