Join our MED Master Scheduling team as a Dispatcher, where you'll help optimize service maintenance for wind turbines. We're looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who performs well under shifting priorities. Responsibilities

Optimize maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance productivity Manage daily and short-term crew assignments based on demand, skills, weather, and priorities Ensure availability of tools, parts, and services before deployment Align planning with service contracts and customer expectations Communicate effectively with crews and stakeholders Track and balance planning KPIs Prepare 52-week and 3-week service plans Bundle and streamline work orders Confirm material and skill readiness Create purchase requests as needed Support continuous improvement initiatives Review completed work weekly

Qualifications

Technical diploma, degree, or relevant tertiary qualification is valued Experience in technical roles, mainly in the wind industry or with wind turbines Proficient in planning techniques or project management methodologies Effective planning, prioritization, and analytical skills Ability to interpret numerical data and identify trends Familiarity with organizational systems and processes Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is valued

Competencies

Robust knowledge of technical and planning frameworks Process-oriented with proficient problem-solving skills Experienced in managing transitions smoothly in environments with changing priorities Effective time management and experience in demanding circumstances Clear, effective communicator and collaborative partner Highly organized with effective safety awareness Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce

Additional information

This is a hybrid position based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, and requires up to 5% travel annually (for training purposes).
