We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all products are packed, labeled, and dispatched on time, helping us deliver high-quality shopfitting and furniture solutions to our clients. You will play an important part in the day-to-day operations, managing stock levels and coordinating deliveries with the team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and dispatch products, ensuring they are packed and labeled correctly.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer deadlines.
Help manage inventory and track stock levels.
Address any dispatch issues or delays.
Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure smooth deliveries.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in dispatch or warehouse roles (shopfitting or construction experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with dispatch and inventory management software.
Good communication skills and a team player.
Knowledge of health and safety practices.
Requirements:
Positive attitude and self-motivation.
Reliable and punctual (work starts at 7:45 AM).
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willing to learn new processes.
Experience with shopfitting items is an advantage.
IMPORTANT - Physical fitness and the capability to handle manual tasks.
