About the Role:

As Project Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between our sales, design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams. Your mission will be to ensure every order flows seamlessly through the system -- on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all orders after placement by the salesperson. Manage the project lifecycle through design and manufacturing phases. Ensure quality control and timely progression of all jobs. Coordinate logistics, packing, and dispatch of completed orders. Liaise closely with the sales team and installation crew to ensure successful execution. Prepare all paperwork and installation files for outgoing jobs. Schedule and manage the installation crew; track daily progress and plan accordingly. Conduct regular site visits to oversee installation and maintain quality control. Communicate directly with clients to resolve any on-site issues promptly and professionally.

What We're Looking For:

A "people pleaser" with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. A hands-on leader who knows what's happening at all times and takes initiative. Willingness to travel for site visits and project oversight. Previous experience in project management or shopfitting will be a strong advantage.

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience.
