As the Director of Food & Beverage , you will oversee the complete F&B portfolio, including fine-dining restaurants, bars, banqueting operations, and room service. You will drive guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and commercial performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all F&B outlets across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining
Develop and execute innovative strategies to elevate guest satisfaction and profitability
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of chefs, managers, and service professionals
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Manage F&B budgets, forecasts, and financial controls
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and cross-departmental teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Uphold service standards aligned with luxury brand expectations
