Job Summary Location: Bahrain
Sector: Hospitality & Real Estate Development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 10+ years of project development experience in hospitality or real estate
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Strong track record in delivering high-value, large-scale projects
- Postgraduate qualifications (MBA or similar) are an advantage
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new builds, refurbishments, and asset upgrades
- Develop and implement design guidelines and project standards
- Manage budgets, timelines, and risk across multiple concurrent developments
- Ensure all projects align with brand objectives, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory compliance
- Promote design innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency
