Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance the efficiency, quality, and profitability of the feed production process.
Market Analysis: Coordinate market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and develop strategies to leverage market conditions.
Innovation and Improvement: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation in production processes, technology, and product quality.
Sustainability: Implement sustainable practices and policies to reduce the environmental impact of feed production.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, regulatory bodies, and industry groups.
Financial Oversight: Ensure effective financial management, including budgeting (CAPEX, OPEX, company assets, sales, salaries, etc.), cost control, and financial reporting, to support the overall financial health of the division.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with feed production, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.
Raw Material Procurement: Guide and maintain a strategic approach to raw material procurement, ensuring the best quality at the best price through international market analysis and supplier negotiations.
Research and Development: Oversee trials at the Research and Development facility.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field combined with experience as a Manager in the animal feed manufacturing, or milling environment
