Degree in Finance, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field combined with experience as a manager in an animal feed manufacturing, milling, environment. Report to CEO, Direct Reports:
GM Operations (include engineering)
Procurement Managers
Sales & Marketing Manager
Technical Managers
Financial Manager
HR Manager
Knowledge of animal feed production processes and quality control standards.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the Agri-sector
