RSND seeks a highly seasoned and strategically minded
Certified Risk Manager (CRMA)
to serve as Director: Risk Management. This role demands a professional with extensive enterprise risk experience, strong governance capabilities, and an ability to integrate risk management into organisational strategy.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management strategies Oversee risk assessments across operational, financial, and strategic categories Advise executives and the board on emerging risks and mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry-specific risk frameworks Lead risk reporting, monitoring, and assurance processes Strengthen risk culture throughout the organisation
Minimum Requirements:
CRMA certification --
mandatory
10+ years of risk assurance or enterprise risk leadership experience Strong stakeholder engagement and executive reporting capabilityJob Type: Part-time
