to join our organisation as a

Director: Internal Audit

. This is a senior leadership role suited for an individual who possesses deep technical auditing expertise, strategic governance insight, and a proven ability to guide complex audit processes within large organisations.

As a Director at RSND, you will lead the entire internal audit function, strengthen governance structures, provide high-level assurance to executive leadership, and ensure the organisation maintains strict compliance with regulatory frameworks and best-practice audit standards. This position requires a bold leader capable of influencing decision-making at executive and board level.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, lead, and implement internal audit strategies aligned with organisational goals Oversee operational, financial, compliance, and performance audits Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls Compile and present detailed audit reports to executive leadership and the board Provide advisory input on risk management, controls, and compliance frameworks Mentor audit staff and build a strong assurance-focused team Ensure alignment with International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IPPF)

Minimum Requirements:

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) --

Minimum 10 years of internal audit experience, with at least 5 in senior or executive roles Strong governance, compliance, and reporting expertise Ability to operate confidently at board/executive level Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
