We are looking for a highly organised

Traffic Coordinator

to manage the full production flow for our marketing and sales campaigns during our peak intake cycles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, tight timelines, and coordinating multiple teams to deliver marketing outputs that are accurate, on time, and on brand.



You will be the central point of control for OOH campaigns, collateral production, and workflow management across Sales, Creative, Digital, Operations, and our external suppliers. The work you do will directly support student recruitment across 12 campuses and the online "13th campus."



Location: National (can work from any of our 12 national campuses)

Minimum Requirements



Minimum Education:




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communication, or related field.

Minimum Experience:




3-5 years' experience in traffic coordination, campaign production, or project management in an agency or corporate marketing environment. Experience working with multiple vendors, complex timelines, and creative outputs. Higher Education or multi-site operational environment beneficial.

Duties and Responsibilities



What you will do:





1. Campaign and OOH Traffic Coordination


Coordinate the rollout of OOH campaigns including billboards, mall media, radio, and digital screens Manage the full workflow from briefs to artwork development, approvals, proofing, and handover to media partners Update and maintain the OOH and campaign calendar on Monday.com Track budgets, submit purchase orders, reconcile spend, and confirm all deliveries Compile post-campaign summaries with performance and cost insights




2. Collateral and Production Management


Oversee the full lifecycle of brochures, programme guides, signage, and branded materials Manage design briefing, QA, proofreading, approvals, and final production Coordinate with print and production vendors for timelines, quotes, samples, and delivery Support campuses with collateral distribution and inventory planning




3. Workflow, Systems, and Process Management


Ensure all production projects are accurately tracked in Monday.com Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies across internal teams and suppliers Drive consistency, compliance, and standardisation in workflows and approval processes Identify and remove bottlenecks to improve speed and reduce rework




4. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication


Provide clear updates to Sales, Creative, Digital, Operations, and external suppliers Ensure approvals, signoffs, and production milestones run smoothly Maintain compliance with finance, procurement, and brand-governance processes Help create predictable and well-coordinated campaign execution




What success looks like:




All campaigns launch on time, with no missed approvals Artwork and collateral meet brand standards and require minimal revision Monday.com becomes the reliable source of truth for campaign status Vendors deliver on time, to spec, and within budget Internal teams experience smooth, well-structured communication Production timelines stay predictable during high-volume intake cycles

Functional and Behavioural Competencies



Function Competencies:




Strong organisational, coordination, and project management ability. Proficiency in Monday.com project workflow management and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint). Working knowledge of print production, OOH media, merchandising, and asset management. Understanding procurement, cost tracking, and supplier management. Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline.
