Background:
The Digital Engagement Coordinator is responsible for ensuring WWF's website and associated digital platforms are up to date, optimised, and performing at a high level. This role focuses on website content management, design, and optimisation informed by a data-led approach (60%), requiring a high level of technical competency. Additionally, the coordinator will support digital engagement initiatives (40%) through cross-platform user journeys that drive web traffic, grow WWF's supporter base, and nurture supporters to deeper engagement with the brand. Key professional development areas in this role include digital marketing automation, CRM, and online engagement strategies.

Minimum Requirements
Relevant qualifications in communications, marketing, design, media, web development, or related fields.
Minimum of three years' experience in website management, digital content creation, or online marketing.
Advanced experience working with content management systems (CMS), with adaptability to learn new platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO and user experience best practices, supported by proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) to track performance and optimise content.
Skilled in web content creation, with the ability to craft compelling headlines and CTAs, and maintain WWF's tone of voice.
High competency in digital content management, including optimisation, basic HTML/CSS, and image/video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).Experience with, or willingness to rapidly develop expertise in, digital marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot specifically) for targeted audience segmentation.
Ability to interpret data insights to inform and improve digital performance and engagement strategies.
Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and spoken English - other languages are an advantage.
A team player who collaborates well with cross-functional teams and is open to testing, learning and iterating content quickly.
Quick to learn and adapt to new digital tools and technologies.
A keen interest in conservation and environmental issues.

Work closely with the social media officer to amplify website content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with engagement and conversion objectives.
Support the development and optimisation of landing pages to improve conversion rates for key campaigns.
Assist in leveraging marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot) to enhance supporter segmentation, engagement, and retention.
Monitor and report on key digital engagement metrics, using insights to refine and improve online content and outreach strategies.
