The Role:
We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Eduvos's digital strategy and drive measurable growth across all digital channels. This is a senior, strategic role responsible for delivering high-impact digital programmes, executing large-scale acquisition campaigns, and building a world-class digital ecosystem that supports our student recruitment and brand objectives.
You will oversee the digital marketing budget, lead a high-performing team, and shape how Eduvos attracts, converts, and retains customers across 12 campuses and online channels.
The Opportunity
You will lead the full digital marketing value chain, including paid media, SEO/SEM, web optimisation, CRM, lifecycle marketing, analytics, AI automation, and digital customer experience. Your work directly influences growth outcomes and the organisation's position as a leading private higher education institution.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualifications required:
Honours degree in Marketing
Relevant certification in data analytics
Experience
At least 9 years' experience in digital marketing
Depth in paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, web management, analytics, and automation
Experience in Higher Education is strongly advantageous
Proven track record managing large-scale budgets and acquisition campaigns

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy and Performance
Lead Eduvos's digital marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Manage a budget with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and measurable results.
Deliver annual digital acquisition targets.
Drive paid media performance (Google, Meta, programmatic) with strong CPA and ROAS metrics.
Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to grow organic visibility and search performance.
Campaign, Content, and Platform Execution
Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
Guide content strategy that supports lead generation and digital engagement.
Lead the optimisation of Eduvos's websites for UX, SEO, CRO, and overall performance.
Manage the digital marketing tech stack to ensure seamless integrations and platform uptime.
AI, Automation, and Data-Driven Marketing
Implement AI and automation tools to improve speed, accuracy, and conversion.
Drive data-powered decision-making across channels.
Translate analytics into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
CRM and Lifecycle Marketing
Strengthen customer engagement across the full lifecycle (lead, nurture, apply, register, retain). o Improve conversion ratios, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Leadership and Management
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary digital team: Paid Media Specialist, Website Developers, AI & Automation Specialist. o Build digital capability, drive innovation, and create a high-performance culture. o Ensure governance, compliance, and marketing risk management.
Stakeholder and Executive Engagement
Present digital performance, insights, and recommendations to the Executive team and Board. o Work collaboratively with Sales to strengthen conversion and customer experience.
