The Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer will support the company's marketing initiatives by managing day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating campaigns, and producing high-quality visual content. This role requires excellent organisation, creative thinking, and strong design skills to ensure that all marketing and brand communication is consistent, engaging, and aligned with business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Coordination



Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., agencies, printers, influencers) to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activities. Track campaign performance, gather analytics, and compile monthly reports. Conduct market research to support strategy development and identify growth opportunities. Assist with website updates, SEO basics, and content uploads where required. Support event planning, product launches, and promotional activities.

Graphic Design



Design digital and print assets including social media graphics, brochures, posters, presentations, product packaging, and website layouts. Create brand-aligned visuals that communicate key messages effectively. Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Translate marketing objectives into clear, visually compelling creative concepts. Edit photos, create simple motion graphics, and prepare artwork for print where needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and improve visual storytelling.

RequirementsQualifications & Experience



Diploma or degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years' experience in marketing, graphic design, or a combined role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools. Experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.). Basic understanding of digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics platforms.

Skills & Competencies



Strong design sense, with an eye for detail, layout, and aesthetics. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset. Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently. Understanding of brand identity and content strategy.
