We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who's equal parts organiser, communicator, and creative thinker - someone who can keep timelines tight, content aligned, and ideas flowing across multiple digital channels.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate digital campaigns from brief to delivery - keeping all moving parts on track
- Manage social media calendars, email deployments, and paid media briefs
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, agencies, and brand leads to ensure timely and on-brand output
- Maintain and QA our digital platforms (website, email, socials) for consistency and quality
- Step in as second-in-command to the Digital Brand Lead, ensuring continuity and momentum
- Keep a pulse on digital trends, algorithms, and content innovations that could drive performance
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
- A strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM, paid media, social)
- A flair for collaboration and cross-functional teamwork
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities with calm focus
- A deep interest in customer experience, brand storytelling, and content innovation
- Bonus: experience in social media management or content creation
