Digital Marketing Coordinator

At MyRunway, we bring designer brands to savvy South Africans at great prices -- and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who can make sure everyone knows it. This role is about more than posting pretty pictures; it's about creating campaigns that deliver results, diving into data, and adapting quickly in the ever-changing digital landscape.

What you'll be doing:

Launch and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and email. Analyse performance data to understand customer behavior and optimise campaigns. Track and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) to ensure strong ROI. Collaborate with the creative team to develop content that engages and converts. Optimise SEO and content strategies to increase visibility. Explore and test new tools, automation, and advertising opportunities. Partner with product, development, operations, and creative teams to align campaigns across the business.

What we're looking for:

A degree or diploma in Marketing. 3+ years of experience running digital campaigns (e-commerce experience is a plus). Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights. A creative, curious mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
