Digital Marketing Coordinator - CPT, Southern SuburbsFull job descriptionPosition SummaryTo support Business development and Marketing activities across all administrative platforms.As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our business development team to expand and enhance our brand presence by devising unique campaign ideas to market our services and support the distribution of our branded collateral across various platforms and campaigns.Key Accountabilities/ Principal ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation of content (captions, images, stories, and short videos) for social channelsRespond to comments and queries and engage with the community across social channels and other social platforms in a professional and timely mannerAssist in conducting market research and gathering customer insights to inform marketing strategiesHelp, plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels ie. Email, social media and digital advertisingEscalate queries to relevant stakeholders as neededStay up to date with social media trends, inform and assist the teamSupport with monthly reporting metricsCollaborate with other departments (customer relations, events and sales) to manage dept reputation, key players and coordinate actionsMonitor social media platforms and google analytics, analyse and report on campaign performanceWebsiteContribute to SEO efforts to increase website visibilityLoad special events/xe2x80x9ddaysxe2x80x9d to social media and track eachMarketing AdministrationPPT presentations supportAdminister the ISO Document Matrix to ensure that the stable of marketing collateral and all compulsory registrations and subscriptions are always current and up to dateAdminister events calendar and coordinate RSVPxe2x80x99s for internal and external marketing and networking eventsAdminister company membership renewals and related activitiesAdminister and prepare sales and branded tools (e.g. USB content etc, business cards, company stamps)Sales AdministrationAdminister supplier invoices for approval, submission to finance and proof of payment to supplierE filing including QMS standardsTrack and report effectiveness and progress from websites and social media platforms.Key Skills and ExperienceKey Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent knowledge of social media platformsGood knowledge of analytical toolsA proactive mindset and creative approach to problem-solvingCreative, with an attention to detail.Ability to work in a teamStrong organisational and multi-tasking skillsStrong computer literacy xe2x80x93 Excellent and applied experience across all MS platforms and Google SuiteFamiliarity with social publishing tools and photography/videography editing tools is a strong advantageBasic graphic design and exposure to CanvaTime management and self-disciplineExperience with a company in a related company sector would be advantageousWillingness to travel as and when requiredIndividual who takes initiative and driven to effectively and efficiently deliver on tasksMinimum Qualifications:Grade 12A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or relevant fieldApproximately 3 -5 years marketing/sales support experienceMinimum 2- 4 years working in a sales environmentSystem knowledge of Maximiser and APIKnowledge of Power BIPeople and Management SkillPositive outlook with can-do energy and attitudeA proven ability to oversee and implement marketing/sales endeavorsBuild solid relationships with internal customers and stakeholdersProfessional and a team-playerKey result areasAdminister marketing material and keep them currentDistribution of marketing campaigns across various media platformsAnalysis and monitoring of digital campaign effectiveness, including websitesProvide support and coordination of internal and external marketing and networking eventsAdditional Responsibilities and SkillsAssist the CRM Coordinator complete and submit database registration as and when requiredCapture and update sales opportunities on Maximiser (CRM) xe2x80x93 backup support to CRM CoordinatorProvide ad-hoc relief reception and telephonic duties when requiredMinute taking xe2x80x93 preparation and distributionPopulation and formatting of project and service sheets, CVs etc and collaborate with subsidiaries where updates are needed
