This position is for an office-based content creator experienced in building new and existing business ventures through all relevant social media platforms and campaigns. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing, implementing and monitoring marketing activities in line with the vision and business model of Forbatt SA and associated business ventures. Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the brand identity and affiliated products. Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing, and editing social media posts, improving customer traction and engagement through promotion of social media campaigns. Managing a high volume of daily social media posts and communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries courteously and in a timely manner. Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the Company's social media presence and performance. Consult and work with stakeholders within Forbatt SA to develop marketing plans for seamless integrated implementation. Conceptualization, design, and the production of promotional material, identifying and selecting promotional and advertising options. Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts and recommending adjustments to the social media marketing strategy for optimal results. Staying informed of best practices, emerging trends in social media, and developments in the marketing of all the Company's product offerings. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and recommend improvements. Ensuring marketing campaigns are effectively and efficiently executed to ensure overall objectives are achieved, deadlines are met, and budgets are managed effectively. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Media/Journalism. 3-5 Years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting. Experience in all aspects of marketing. Promoting business offerings on all social media platforms. Campaigning, promoting and marketing business campaigns with success. Managing promotional and advertising material. Managing aggressive and passive marketing campaigns. Sound understanding and experience of developing marketing strategies and plans.
