Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing all administrative requirements on behalf of the Group
Sales Manager.
  • Ensuring invoices and other documentation are compiled and submitted to relevant
departments as per stipulated procedure and weekly/monthly deadline.
  • Engaging with all stakeholders as directed by Group Sales Manager
  • Ensuring Sales Rep targets are recorded monthly/quarterly on behalf of the Group
Sales Manager
  • Compiling monthly and quarterly sales reports as directed by the Group SalesManager
  • Checking the accuracy of quotes, RFQs and orders and issuing invoices
  • Maintaining sales records
  • Conduct industry relevant research and keep up with industry developments.
  • Implement social media strategic deliverables as directed by Group Sales Manager
  • Manage social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Analyzing social media engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions,
and planning digital campaigns.
  • Any other duties as directed by the Group Sales Manager
Minimum requirements
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Social Media Qualification or equivalent
  • 5 years Administration experience
  • 3-5 years Internal Sales experience
  • 2 years Marketing and Social Media experience
  • 1 year Compressor experience ideal
  • Valid driver's license
