Your tasks and responsibilities:

Administration

• Backup management (control, execution, adjustment)

• LTS (Long-Term Storage) and media management

• Installation and rollout of workplaces

• Application configuration

• Audit analysis

• User management (user accounts and role administration)

• User profile management

• System configuration

First level support and troubleshooting

• System monitoring (software and hardware testing processes)

• Message handling (software and hardware testing processes)

• Evaluation of system utilization

• Restart of system components

• Check and correction of data exceptions as agreed

Preventive maintenance activity.

Maintenance task scheduling, for non-productive times to avoid a loss of system performance, or a downtime in production.

Maintain the hardware components used for running systems according to the recommendations of their manufacturer.

Implementation, Support and Maintenance of PACS / RIS, Advanced Visualisation and Cardiac PACS solutions

The requirement for implementation support is related to the deployment of the required software applications based on the solution architecture and purchased customer systems.

Implementation support efforts refer to only the Professional services required for the Implementation and commissioning of Software provided applications at customer preferred locations.

These implementation activities include:

Implementation of Server hardware virtualisation according to prescribed guidelines

Installation of required Operation System software as per prescribed guideline documentation

Installation of required database and required services as per prescribed guideline.

Installation of Siemens Healthineers procured Software Applications

System configuration as determined by customer accepted Solution proposal and Statement of Work

Installation and configuration of Server client workplaces

Completion of prescribed post installation activities as per prescribed installation guidelines

Go-live support.

System hand over from Implementation to Customer Support

Your qualifications and experience:

• Diploma Clinical Engineering / Clinical Technologist / ICT (Hardware, software) Radiography
• Technology/ IT Knowledge
• Valid driverxe2x80x99s license
• Own vehicle advantageous
• You must be able to work overtime during week and weekends as well as on public holidays.
• High performer
• Analytical thinker
• Additional soft skills (confidence, communication, business skills)
• Must be South African Citizen
